For Order Cancellation
If you like to cancel your order, simply email your "Order Number" to us at support@xklworldwide.com within 24 hours of submitting your order.

Alternatively, you can forward your "Order Confirmation" email to us. This is the email you receive when you submit your order.
Once your order is cancelled, we will send you an email to inform you.

If you want to cancel your order after 24 hours of submitting your order ... and your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel your order as it is not possible to stop the shipment. If however, your order has not been dispatched, we will be able to cancel your order.
